This truck mounted asphalt tanker was specially designed to transport hot liquid asphalt and other sticky materials in short, middle and long distance. It is equipped with automatic-control heating and heat-preserving system. The convenient asphalt pumping system is also optional.
The tank capacity can be designed according to customer request by special order.
Main Features
1. Equipped with hot oil heating system, which uses imported auto-ignite burner from Italy with perfect combustion quality, fast heating, good insulation and pollution-free features.
2. Rock-wool layer used for insulation inside stainless steel cover.
3.Liquid asphalt transportation tank can be filled by own asphalt pump or by outside pump through manhole.
4.Introduced unique thermal oil system to supply heat preservation for pumps and valves to avoid any block.
5. Asphalt pump and hot oil pump are driven hydraulically , reliable transmission and convenient operation.
6. Self-pumping system facilitate the loading and unloading of bitumen material.
7. Temperature fall during transportation under environment temperature for each hour is only 1 degree.
